What started as a sporting goods store by Frank P. Mitchell and his Scottish golf partner Charles M. Ness in 1904 became a uniform manufacturer for the baseball community. Between 1925 and 1933, Mitchell & Ness went pro as the outfitter of the Philadelphia Eagles. Growing popularity in the league pushed Mitchell & Ness to sell recreated vintage jerseys in 1983, and they have progressed to other major sports leagues such as the NBA. Their quality and variety has continued to make them popular to this day.
