HOLIDAY SHIPPING POLICY

City Gear is working hard to ensure Holiday shipments arrive in a timely fashion. If you place your order on or prior to the below deadlines, your package will arrive before 12/25. 

  • Standard Shipping - December 19th
  • Two Day Shipping - December 20th 
  • One Day Shipping - December 21st by 12PM CST

Please note that the above Holiday delivery schedule only applies to shipments that are verified as not fraudulent and are shipped within the continguous United States. 

We are not responsible for delays caused by a carrier.

STANDARD SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 2 to 4 business days for processing before your order ships. Once your order has left our warehouse located in Memphis, Tenn., you will receive an email containing tracking information for your order. If for any reason your order is split into multiple shipments, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees. If you have any questions in regards to a shipment that is pending or en route to you, please contact us at support@citygear.com or call 901-762-7850, and we will be happy to assist you.
