Share This Page: City Gear Celebrates Its Managers During the first week of November, City Gear brought its most valuable asset together: the hardworking people. Managers from every store and district came together to discuss the business, culture, and future of City Gear. NSM was more than just a way to amass all the key talent of the company, but also a way to teach important business lessons as well as kick back and let loose. On the second night, the City Gear family went to The Grizzlies game against the New Orleans Pelicans, but City Gear came in style- instead of being there just to watch the game, City Gear’s top talent was celebrated by the Grizzlies in an on court shoutout. The Grizzlies invited to the court key managers who were given awards the night before for their hard work over the past year. In our north district, Trevor Hartley from City Gear Governors Square took the coveted Manager of the year honorary. In the south, Gary Willis at City Gear Old National claimed the prize. The top District Manager of the Year was Justine Small of Nashville. City Gear wants to celebrate the hard work of these people and thank Grizzlies for the shoutout!
