Nike Air Trainer PRM "Medicine Ball"

The Nike Air Trainer PRM “Medicine Ball” gets its name and colorway from that of a medicine ball used for cross-training. The shoe was made for Nike Signature Athlete Bo Jackson, who excelled in both the NFL and MLB, and he needed a shoe to train for both. The low top silhouette and iconic cross strap made it an ideal cross-training kick. This model features a perforated white upper with ginger around the toe box, ankle and heel. Hits of midnight navy can be seen on the Swoosh and other Nike logos. The Nike Air Trainer PRM also has an Air Sole Unit in the heel that is visible and absorbs shock during a hard day of training or when you are just walking around your house. The “Medicine Ball” drops Saturday, January 3, at $130 in men’s sizes, so get to your local City Gear store or cop a pair online at
