Fresh Kicks Friday

Nike Air Force 1 CMFT LUX "E Pluribus Unum"

“Out of many, one” is the motto of the United States, and it is basis of the latest Air Force 1 variation. The Nike Air Force 1 CMFT LUX “E Pluribus Unum” is dropping this weekend with some of the best tech Nike can put into a silhouette.

This AF 1 comes dressed in all-white Nike Breathe upper. The breathable mess upper is contrasted by gold accents on lace jewel and ankle strap. “E PLURIBUS UNUM” is stamped on the ankle strap in gold, giving these kicks their namesake. The white tongue is detailed with a multicolored mosaic around the Nike Air branding. Possibly the most interesting feature is the drop-in Lunarlon insole with built-in Nike Air unit. This insole can be taken out, and it can be clearly seen through the sneaker’s translucent midsole and outsole.

The Nike Air Force 1 CMFT LUX “E Pluribus Unum” drops Friday, Oct. 16th, in stores and online. It will be available in Men’s for $150, so cop a pair before they are gone.

Nike Kobe X Elite “Commander”

With the latest rendition of the Kobe X Elite, Kobe is honoring the Commander-in-Chief. Not only paying tribute to Obama’s prowess on the court, but his position as the president, the Elite “Commander” dropped this week.

Draped in the colors of President Obama’s Honolulu high school, Punahou School, the upper is primarily black with hints of Blue Lagoon and Volt Green underneath. The tongue is detailed with a patch reminiscent of the Seal of the President of the United States. These kicks, based on the POTUS, sit atop Blue Lagoon midsole and outsole.

The Nike Kobe X Elite “Commander” is available in stores and online in Men’s for $225. Cop these kicks to pay homage to Kobe and President Obama, Commander-in-Chief.

Nike KD 8 GS “Easy Euro”

A twist on the “Easy Money” colorway, the “Easy Euro” is based on the European currency. These kicks are releasing in grade school sizes.

The upper is constructed with Lunar Grey and Squadron Green with Bright Citrus details. The Flywire on this sneaker is Alligator Green, and it has a Lunar Grey midsole. The Bright Citrus full-length air unit adds a large pop of color on a toned down sneaker.

The Nike KD 8 GS “Easy Euro” drops on Saturday, Oct. 17th, in stores and online. They will be available in grade schoolers’ for $135.
