Air Jordan 14 Retro ‘Oxidized Green’ – 487471-106 – 7/16/2016 As the last sneaker Michael Jordan wore during his time with the Chicago Bulls, the Air Jordan 14 is one of the silhouettes fans have memories of MJ playing in before his retirement. This sneaker was designed by Tinker Hatfield who got his inspiration from the Ferrari that MJ was driving. The design is evident on the side panels, branding, and the “vents” on the midsole. The Air Jordan 14 'Oxidized Green' is an OG colorway being resurrected for 2016. The upper is a combo of smooth and tumbled leather with black laces, liner, midsole, and outsole. The Jordan branding on the silhouette is Legend Blue, and is reminiscent of Ferrari symbols. The midsole's aforementioned “vents,” and the small hits on the heel sport the namesake Oxidized Green. The sneaker features a sleek one piece design, and inside lacing molds for a secure, comfortable fit. The enclosed Zoom Air units in the forefoot and heel support the foot with superior cushioning.
